1. Scope of services
Dream Oasis Travel LLC provides travel consultation, vacation research, supplier comparisons, itinerary planning, and booking assistance based on the information supplied by the client. The agency may use third-party suppliers and advisor booking systems. The agency does not guarantee any particular price, availability, entry approval, or travel outcome.
2. Complimentary proposals
One initial travel inquiry includes a consultation and up to three (3) complimentary vacation proposals. A proposal is a substantially distinct vacation package, destination, resort, cruise, or itinerary prepared in response to the client's stated requirements. Reasonable corrections to a proposal do not automatically count as a new proposal.
3. Additional proposals and payment
After the three complimentary proposals, each additional proposal requires a $25 planning fee, paid in advance. The agency will explain the scope and price and obtain the client's authorization before requesting payment. Payment may be made by Venmo or Zelle with payment information available upon request and verified directly with Dream Oasis Travel LLC. The agency will begin the additional proposal only after payment is confirmed. Do not send money to a username, phone number, or account not independently verified with the agency.
Planning fees compensate the agency for research and preparation, are separate from supplier charges, and are generally nonrefundable once work on the paid proposal begins, except where required by applicable law or where the agency does not provide the agreed service. No payment account details are published in this agreement.
4. Complex and group travel
Large groups, multi-destination itineraries, destination weddings, and specialized arrangements may require a separate written scope and fee. Any additional fee must be disclosed and accepted before work begins.
5. Prices, deposits and supplier terms
All travel prices, taxes, fees, schedules, promotions, and availability may change until a supplier confirms a reservation. Supplier deposits, final payment deadlines, cancellation penalties, refund rules, and change fees are governed by the applicable supplier terms. The client must review those terms before authorizing a reservation or payment.
6. Travel Documentation, Government Requirements, and Destination Regulations
Clients are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including valid passports, visas, identification, entry authorizations, and other documentation necessary for travel. All entry, exit, immigration, customs, health, security, and travel requirements are established and controlled by the appropriate government authorities and destination jurisdictions and may change without notice.
Dream Oasis Travel LLC does not establish, control, or guarantee government regulations, destination entry requirements, immigration decisions, or acceptance of travel documentation. Clients are responsible for verifying applicable requirements with official government authorities, embassies, consulates, and relevant transportation providers before departure.
Dream Oasis Travel LLC is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, travel delays, or additional expenses resulting from a client's failure to satisfy applicable requirements, except to the extent caused by the agency's own legally actionable conduct.
7. Travel Interruptions, Cancellations, Third-Party Suppliers, and Client Satisfaction
Dream Oasis Travel LLC provides travel planning and booking assistance and arranges services offered by independent suppliers, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers. These suppliers control the performance of their own services.
Travel disruptions. The agency does not control events beyond its reasonable control, including flight delays or cancellations, cruise itinerary changes or missed ports, lost or delayed baggage, severe weather, natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, labor disputes, supplier closures, overbookings, operational failures, illness, or injury. Any responsibility of the agency remains subject to applicable law and the agency's own acts or omissions.
Refunds and remedies. Refunds, credits, rebookings, and compensation are determined by applicable law and the terms of the responsible suppliers. Nothing in this agreement limits nonwaivable passenger or consumer rights.
Client satisfaction and approval. Travel experiences are subjective. The agency cannot guarantee personal satisfaction with a resort, hotel, cruise, destination, excursion, amenities, atmosphere, or service style selected or approved by the client. Dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences does not automatically entitle a client to a refund of planning fees or supplier charges. Clients must review destinations, travel dates, itineraries, accommodations, and booking details before authorizing reservations or payments.
Limitation of responsibility. The agency is not responsible for independent suppliers' acts, omissions, or operational decisions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing here releases Dream Oasis Travel LLC from liability for its own negligence, misrepresentation, breach of contract, or other legally actionable conduct.
Travel insurance. Clients are strongly encouraged to consider appropriate travel insurance for covered cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, baggage losses, and unexpected expenses. Insurance coverage and claims are subject to the terms, exclusions, and decisions of the insurer.
8. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
Clients should promptly request changes in writing. Supplier-imposed fees or restrictions may apply. Planning fees and supplier charges are distinct. Refunds, if any, depend on the type of fee, work performed, supplier terms, and applicable law.
9. Communications and Personal Information
The agency will use information supplied by the client to respond to inquiries and coordinate requested travel services. Sensitive personal or payment information should not be sent through an unsecured email inquiry. Passport numbers, card numbers, and payment credentials should be collected only through an appropriately secure process.
10. Client Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges reviewing and understanding the travel documentation and destination requirements, supplier responsibilities, travel disruption and cancellation terms, travel insurance recommendation, and limitations of responsibility described above. The client understands that Dream Oasis Travel LLC cannot guarantee personal satisfaction with travel arrangements the client has reviewed and approved. Paid planning services require separate approval of the applicable fee and payment instructions. Signing does not itself authorize an additional $25 charge or confirm a travel reservation. The agency must receive and confirm this signed agreement as part of client onboarding before finalizing any reservation or beginning paid planning services. Supplier terms and booking or fee authorizations are handled separately.
